Although the room boasted a microwave, coffee machine, large TV, fridge, safe, and luxurious beds, many of the equipment like the coffee maker and wall plugs were defective. Additionally, a noisy child running around late at night impacted the overall experience. The room had a damp and musty smell.

They even offered to change the sheets and provided free snacks as a gesture of goodwill due to the inability to offer a discount. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the location of the room I was assigned was not ideal and had a strong aftershave cologne smell. The noise level was also a bit bothersome. On the bright side, the staff was very nice and courteous, always ready to assist. The location, despite being perfect for visiting Tidal Bore and having easy access to restaurants and shopping, had some issues like being small and cramped and dirty in some areas. The dining experience was okay, not particularly appealing, but it served its purpose for a quick meal before hitting the road again.
